Free 15 minute phone or video call where you can have any questions answered. Together we can decide if you would like to book in for sessions.
Individual face to face session -
Therapy room
A 50 minute session, in person at the North Road office.
Cost per session £55
Block booking available - 4 sessions @ £200.
Individual Remote (Video) or Walking session
A 50 minute session offered remotely via Teams or a walk at Bourne Woods.
Cost per session £50
Block booking available - 4 sessions £180
